Barista


As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages and food items to our customers in a timely and efficient manner. Your role will involve understanding and fulfilling customer orders, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the cafe, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare a variety of coffee and tea-based beverages according to company standards
- Serve food items such as pastries, sandwiches, and salads to customers
- Ensure all food and beverage items are presented in a visually appealing manner
- Keep the cafe clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system
- Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure smooth operations
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required (12 pass jobs)
- Prior experience as a barista or in the food service industry preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (English speaking jobs)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Knowledge of various coffee brewing methods
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Willingness to learn new skills

Salary:
This position offers a salary of $1300 per month.

Location:
This job is located in Sharjah, UAE. Preference will be given to Indian nationals.
