Accounts Assistant


We are a fast-growing accounting firm in Vilnius and we are currently seeking an Accounts Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone looking to start their career in the field of accounting.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting with bookkeeping and data entry tasks
- Preparing financial reports and statements
- Reconciling bank and credit card statements
- Assisting with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Managing accounts payable and receivable
- Maintaining accurate records of financial transactions
- Communicating with clients to collect necessary financial information
- Supporting senior accountants with various tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, etc.)
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Salary: 1300$
Location: Vilnius, Lithuania
