Architecture Manager



We are excited to offer a rewarding opportunity for an experienced Architecture Manager to join our dynamic and growing team in Triesen, Liechtenstein. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the architectural design process, from concept development to construction completion. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1300 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects and designers, providing guidance and support throughout the design process
- Develop and implement project plans, setting clear goals and timelines for each stage of the architectural design process
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that construction is progressing according to the approved plans and specifications
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards, trends, and best practices in architectural design
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and proposals for clients and management
- Manage project budgets, resources, and schedules to ensure successful completion within established parameters

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong leadership skills with proven experience in managing teams effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other architectural software
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills

Preferred Requirements:
- Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Experience working on commercial or residential projects in Canada or the Philippines
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Triesen
