Commercial Architect (Part-Time)
City: Faro, Portugal

A renowned architecture firm in Faro, Portugal is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various commercial projects, such as office buildings, retail spaces, and hotels. Your role will involve collaborating with clients to understand their vision and requirements, creating detailed plans and drawings, and managing the project from conception to completion.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in English (Portuguese is an asset)

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their needs and preferences for commercial projects
- Develop initial concepts and present them to clients for approval
- Create detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D models using AutoCAD or other design software
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, suppliers, and other professionals to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget
- Monitor construction progress to ensure it aligns with the design plans and meets safety standards
- Make necessary adjustments or modifications as needed throughout the construction process
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and address any issues that may arise
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress

We offer competitive compensation, including a salary of $1500 per month for part-time work. Accommodation can also be provided if needed. This position also includes the opportunity for free visa sponsorship and travel tickets.
