Part-Time Office Assistant in Almada

As a part-time office assistant in Almada, you will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Your responsibilities will include answering and directing phone calls, organizing and scheduling appointments, maintaining files and records, and performing other general office duties as assigned. You should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs. Previous experience in an office setting is preferred but not required. This is an ideal position for someone looking for a flexible schedule and the opportunity to gain valuable skills in an office environment. Please note that this job is open to all nationalities.
