Job Title: Facade Technician

A reputable construction company in Herzliya is seeking a skilled Facade Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in facade installation and maintenance, as well as strong technical skills and attention to detail. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$, and includes accommodation for all nationalities. Fluency in English is required for communication with our diverse team. The successful candidate must be able to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and have a positive attitude towards problem-solving. Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain facades on various construction projects
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Use tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and adheres to safety regulations
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members
- Keep accurate records of work performed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in facade installation and maintenance
- Strong technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues independently
- Attention to detail and ability to follow technical drawings accurately
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills in English (Hebrew proficiency is a plus)
- Positive attitude towards problem-solving and working under pressure
- Valid driver's license (preferred)
