Construction Project Manager


As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in Porto. This includes planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with various teams to ensure timely and quality completion of projects.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Create project schedules and ensure they are adhered to
- Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to develop project plans
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
- Manage project budget and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other requirements
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment needed for construction
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project status
- Address any issues or concerns that arise during the project
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and quality of workmanship

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this full time position.
