Architectural Designer



Our architectural design firm in Almada is seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Designer to join our team. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for various residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and design objectives
- Develop conceptual designs, sketches, and 3D models using CAD software
- Prepare detailed construction drawings and specifications
- Research materials, building codes, and zoning regulations to ensure compliance with project requirements
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to coordinate design plans
- Present designs to clients for feedback and make necessary revisions
- Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies in the architectural industry

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software programs
- Strong understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and building codes/regulations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present ideas to clients and collaborate with team members
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
