Executive Chef - Eschen, Liechtenstein
We are hiring an experienced Executive Chef to oversee our kitchen operations in Eschen, Liechtenstein. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in international cuisine. Responsibilities include menu planning, budget management, and ensuring high-quality food production. The Executive Chef will also be responsible for maintaining kitchen hygiene and safety standards, as well as managing and training kitchen staff. We are looking for a detail-oriented, creative individual with excellent leadership skills to join our team. Salary: 1700$ per month
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef
- Strong knowledge of international cuisine
- Experience in menu planning and budget management
- Ability to maintain high standards of food production and kitchen hygiene
- Excellent leadership skills and ability to train and manage kitchen staff
- Detail-oriented with a creative approach to cooking
Preferred:
- Previous experience working in a fine dining restaurant or hotel
- Culinary degree or certification
- Proficiency in English
