We are a leading elevator company looking for an experienced Elevator Installer to join our team in Porto. As an Elevator Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining elevators and other vertical transportation systems in various buildings and structures. This is a contract job with a salary of 1300$ per month and accommodation provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain elevators, escalators, and other vertical transportation systems according to safety regulations and manufacturer instructions
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to determine the layout and installation requirements of elevators
- Work with a team to assemble elevator components such as rails, cars, doors, cables, and control systems
- Test newly installed elevators for proper operation and make necessary adjustments or repairs
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools to identify the problem and provide effective solutions
- Ensure that all work is completed within designated timelines while adhering to quality standards

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Elevator Installer or a similar position in the elevator industry
- Knowledge of electrical wiring principles, mechanical systems, and hydraulic systems related to elevators
- Ability to read technical diagrams and follow safety guidelines while working at heights
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently
- Good physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy equipment (up to 50 pounds) frequently throughout the day
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment
