We are seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our growing team in Almada. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and vision for their commercial project.
- Create detailed drawings and plans for commercial buildings, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D models.
- Coordinate with other members of the design team, including engineers and contractors.
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes and regulations.
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience working as a Commercial Architect.
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and building codes.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other design software.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Working hours:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. We are open to discussing arrangements that suit your schedule.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month based on experience.

Location:
Our office is located in Almada, Portugal. Remote work may be possible for exceptional candidates.
