Facade Technician

We are in need of a skilled Facade Technician to join our team in Remish. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing exterior building facades. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work at heights.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install and repair exterior building facades according to blueprints and specifications
- Conduct inspections to identify any damage or potential issues with building facades
- Perform maintenance tasks such as cleaning, sealing, and caulking
- Use specialized equipment and tools safely and efficiently
- Communicate with project managers and clients to ensure work is completed on time and within budget
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational training is a plus
- Proven experience as a Facade Technician or similar role
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction processes
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately
- Physical stamina to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Good communication skills in Malayalam; English proficiency is an asset
