Facade Designer


We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Facade Designer to join our team in Remish. As a Facade Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating visually stunning facades for buildings and structures. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided, and we welcome candidates of all nationalities.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop facade design concepts
- Create detailed technical drawings and 3D models using specialized software
- Conduct research on materials, construction methods, and building codes to ensure compliance with regulations
- Work closely with project managers to plan and coordinate facade installations
- Monitor the progress of projects to ensure they are completed within budget and on schedule
- Conduct site visits to assess potential design challenges or improvements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in facade design or related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, or other CAD software
- Strong understanding of building materials and construction methods
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Salary:
The salary for this position is $900 per month.
