Part-Time Facade Technician


The Part-Time Facade Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and installations on building facades in the city of Braga. This position requires experience in facade work and a biometric passport. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building facades
- Install new facade components as needed
- Inspect and assess the condition of existing facades
- Identify and troubleshoot any issues or problems with facades
- Work with other team members to complete larger projects or installations
- Follow all safety protocols when working at heights or with heavy equipment
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in facade work
- Biometric passport is required for this position
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physically fit and able to work at heights or in tight spaces if needed

Work Schedule:
This is a part-time position, with an expected workload of 20 hours per week. The specific schedule will be determined based on the needs of the company and may vary week-to-week.

Compensation:
The salary for this position is $1800 per month, based on 20 hours per week. Accommodation can be provided if needed.

Location:
This position is based in the city of Braga, Portugal. Applicants must have the legal right to work in Portugal.
