Floral Designer

As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and unique floral arrangements for various occasions. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision and preferences, and use your creativity and knowledge of different flowers and plants to bring their ideas to life. You will also be responsible for ordering and maintaining inventory, arranging deliveries, and providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a florist or floral designer
- In-depth knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and greenery
- Strong design skills and ability to create unique arrangements
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and understand their needs
- Excellent customer service skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects, and work with sharp tools
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their floral needs and preferences
- Create custom floral arrangements for weddings, events, holidays, and other occasions
- Order flowers, plants, vases, containers, ribbons, and other supplies as needed
- Maintain inventory of supplies and ensure proper storage to preserve freshness
- Prepare arrangements for delivery or pickup according to client specifications
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or issues in a timely manner
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times
- Stay up-to-date with current trends in the floral industry
