Entry-Level Florist

As an entry-level florist, you will be responsible for assisting in the creation and arrangement of floral displays for various occasions. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a passion for flowers and a desire to learn the art of floral design. No prior experience is required, however, a basic understanding of plant care and design principles is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the preparation and care of flowers, including cleaning, pruning, and conditioning
- Creating floral arrangements for weddings, funerals, events, and other occasions
- Assisting with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients by helping them choose suitable flowers and designs based on their preferences
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace at all times
- Learning about different types of flowers and their specific care requirements
- Attending workshops or classes to improve skills and knowledge in floral design

Requirements:
- Passion for flowers and creativity
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
- Basic knowledge of plant care, including watering, pruning, and fertilizing techniques

Location:
This position is based in Braga, Portugal. However, we welcome applicants from all nationalities who are willing to relocate. We also offer accommodation options for those who require it.

Salary:
The starting salary for this position is $1300 per month. However, this may be negotiable based on experience and skills.
