We are in search of a highly experienced Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team in Moscow. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records for the company
- Monitor cash flow and manage budgeting processes
- Conduct monthly and yearly financial analysis and reporting
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all tax filings
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
- Oversee payroll processes and ensure timely payment to employees
- Develop and implement internal controls to prevent fraud or errors
- Collaborate with other departments to improve financial processes and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an accountant or similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations in Russia
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to spot errors or discrepancies
- Ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial colleagues

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1400 per month, with opportunities for bonuses based on performance.
