Senior Industrial Architect

As a Senior Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and structures in the city of Chelyabinsk. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional, efficient, and visually appealing designs. Your role will involve conducting site visits, producing detailed drawings and plans, managing budgets and timelines, and coordinating with contractors and engineers. Additionally, you will mentor and guide junior architects on the team.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an industrial architect
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Biometric passport for international travel

Salary: The salary for this position is 1800$ per month.

Contract Type: This is a full-time contract position.

Accommodation: This position does not include accommodation.

Location: This job is located in Chelyabinsk, Russia. However, we welcome applicants of Nepali nationality who are willing to relocate.
