Facade Specialist - Acre, India


We are searching for a skilled Facade Specialist to join our team in Acre, India. As a Facade Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, installation, and maintenance of building facades. Your main goal will be to ensure that all facades meet safety standards and are aesthetically pleasing.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop facade designs that meet functional and aesthetic requirements
- Conduct site visits to assess the condition of existing facades and provide recommendations for repairs or replacements
- Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for facade installations
- Oversee the installation process to ensure compliance with design plans and safety regulations
- Conduct regular inspections of completed facades to identify any issues or necessary maintenance
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans for facades
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in facade materials and technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience working with facade design, installation, or maintenance
- Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations related to facades
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Acre, India (Indian nationals preferred)

Employment Type: Contract (with potential for extension)
