Online Consultant


As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing virtual support to customers through various online platforms. Your main goal will be to assist customers with their inquiries, provide product and service recommendations, and maintain customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through email, chat, or social media platforms
- Provide accurate information about products and services to customers
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships with customers by going the extra mile
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
- Communicate customer feedback to the appropriate departments for further action
- Meet personal and team targets for customer satisfaction, sales, and productivity

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent communication skills in written English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Proven work experience as an online consultant or similar role is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with online communication tools such as email, chat, social media platforms, etc.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Patient and empathetic attitude towards customers' needs and concerns
- Basic computer skills (MS Office)
- Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Compensation:
This position offers a competitive salary of $1700 per month. In addition, we provide accommodation for our employees. We also offer free visa processing and air ticket for international candidates.

Location:
This position is based in Multan. However, applicants from other cities are welcome to apply as long as they are willing to relocate.
