Waiter/Waitress - Jizan, Egypt


We are hiring a skilled and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team in Jizan, Egypt. As a waiter/waitress, you will provide exceptional customer service to our guests and ensure they have an enjoyable dining experience.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure tables are clean and properly set up for the next guests
- Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions about the menu or restaurant
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
- Process payments using cash or credit cards
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations of the restaurant

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of food, beverages, and wine offerings
- Customer service-oriented with a friendly demeanor
- Must have the legal right to work in Egypt

Salary: 1700$ per month (tax-free)

Contract job: This is not a permanent position. The contract duration will be discussed during the interview process.

Accommodation: Accommodation will not be provided by the company. The chosen candidate should have their own housing arrangements.

English requirement: Basic English proficiency is necessary for this role as most of our customers are English speakers.
