Office Assistant in Vianden, Luxembourg
We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Vianden, Luxembourg. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff and ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Greet and assist visitors
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Maintain office supplies inventory
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Ensure all documents are filed correctly
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Native Indian preferred but not required
