Construction Project Manager

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in Moscow. This includes coordinating with contractors, architects, and engineers, ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations, and managing project budgets and timelines. You will also be responsible for hiring and supervising construction workers, as well as communicating with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on project progress.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in construction management, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. You should also have excellent project management skills, the ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings, and a thorough understanding of building codes and regulations in Moscow. A degree in construction management or a related field is preferred.

This is a full-time position that requires strong leadership skills and the ability to work well under pressure. As this is a job for Pakistani nationals, proficiency in English is required. Accommodation will be provided as part of the salary package.
