We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to join our growing team in Siauliai, Lithuania. This position will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of project management, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and managing project teams. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in project management and possess strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans and schedules, ensuring that all project milestones are met
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Create and manage project budgets
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to ensure their needs are met
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals
- Monitor progress against project timelines and budget
- Prepare regular progress reports for senior management
- Ensure projects are completed within agreed upon timeframes and budget constraints

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in project management
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1000 CDN per month. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
