Project Manager (Siauliai, Lithuania)



As a Project Manager at our company, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects in Siauliai, Lithuania. Your main goal will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget and meet the required quality standards. Your role will involve working closely with project teams, stakeholders and clients to ensure the successful execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, organize, and manage project activities from start to finish
- Develop project plans, timelines and budgets
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to project team members
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and expectations
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards
- Conduct project evaluations and make recommendations for improvements

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Experience in managing projects in Siauliai or Lithuania is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Proficiency in project management software/tools

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Project Management or related field is preferred but not required
- PMP certification is a plus
- Fluency in Lithuanian language is preferred but not required
Salary: 1400$ per month
