Sales Manager - Vilnius, Lithuania
We are in need of a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, setting sales targets, and monitoring their performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Manage a team of sales representatives and provide training and guidance
- Set sales targets and monitor progress towards achieving them
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance
- Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients
Requirements:
- Proven track record of successful sales experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving targets
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify market trends and opportunities
- Knowledge of the latest sales techniques and tools
- Fluency in English (additional languages is a plus)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
