As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations and maintenance of our company's information technology systems. You will manage a team of IT professionals and work closely with other departments to ensure smooth functioning of all technical aspects of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures
- Monitor and maintain all hardware, software, and network systems
- Provide technical support to employees
- Manage budget for IT department
- Research and recommend new technology solutions
- Train employees on new systems and technologies
- Oversee data backup and disaster recovery plans
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in IT management role
- Strong knowledge of networking, security, and cloud technologies
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred:
- Experience working in a multinational company
- Proficiency in Portuguese language
