Indian Restaurant Manager in Wiltz, Luxembourg


We are seeking an experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to join our team in Wiltz, Luxembourg. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and culture of India, as well as strong leadership and management skills. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant operations, including managing staff, ensuring high-quality customer service, and maintaining profitability. This is a temporary position with a salary of 900$, and includes accommodation and a free visa and ticket. Prior experience in a similar role is required, and candidates must have at least a 12th grade education.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
- Train and supervise staff to ensure high-quality service standards are met.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and maintain profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor food quality and presentation to meet guest expectations.
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates and address concerns.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of ingredients.
- Create sales reports and analyze data to make informed business decisions.

Requirements:
- Minimum 12th grade education required.
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages considered an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, etc.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
