As a Commercial Architect in St-Petersburg, Russia, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings and structures. Your main duties will include creating detailed building plans, collaborating with clients to understand their needs and budget constraints, selecting appropriate materials and construction methods, and coordinating with contractors and engineers to ensure the project stays on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed building plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Meet with clients to discuss their needs, budget constraints, and design preferences
- Create design proposals that align with clients' requirements
- Select appropriate materials and construction methods based on project scope and budget
- Oversee the preparation of bidding documents for contractors
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Monitor construction progress to ensure adherence to design plans and specifications

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Commercial Architect or similar role
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD preferred)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in St-Petersburg is preferred
