Commercial Architect - St. Petersburg, Russia

We are currently hiring a skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in St. Petersburg, Russia. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings and structures. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop functional and aesthetically pleasing designs that meet their budget and timeline requirements. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to understand their project requirements, budget, and timeline
- Develop detailed building plans based on client needs and site conditions
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with other architects, engineers, and contractors on project design
- Create 3D models or renderings of proposed designs for client approval
- Oversee construction process to ensure compliance with design plans
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any design issues that may arise
- Prepare project estimates, schedules, and progress reports for clients
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate into designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in commercial architecture
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit or other architectural software programs
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations for commercial structures
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
