Commercial Architect - St-Petersburg, Russia


We are seeking an experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in St-Petersburg, Russia. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of commercial buildings such as office spaces, retail stores, and hotels. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and goals for the project
- Create detailed plans, designs, and specifications for commercial buildings
- Ensure that all designs comply with local building codes and regulations
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget
- Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure the smooth execution of the project
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates on the project's progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Commercial Architect
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other architectural design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations in St-Petersburg, Russia
- Excellent communication skills in English (Russian language skills are preferred but not required)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
