Machine Operator

We are hiring a skilled Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should have experience operating factory machines and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. The Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various production machines to ensure efficient and high-quality production. This position is based in Osijek and is open to Indian nationals with or without prior experience.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate production machinery according to specifications
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality standards are met
- Troubleshoot issues that may arise during production
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure they are in good working condition
- Inspect finished products for defects and take corrective action if necessary
- Follow safety protocols at all times
- Keep track of inventory levels and report any shortages or malfunctions
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and productivity

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience operating factory machines
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, such as blueprints and manuals
- Good understanding of production procedures
- Basic math skills
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1000$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Osijek, Croatia.

Note: This position is open to Indian nationals who do not speak English fluently or have prior experience. On-the-job training will be provided.
