Solar Installation Technician


We are hiring a skilled Solar Installation Technician to join our team in St. Petersburg. As a Solar Installation Technician, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar panels on both residential and commercial properties. This position is suitable for men with prior experience in solar installation and is open to Indian nationals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install solar panels according to design specifications
- Perform routine maintenance on existing solar panel systems
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues with solar panel systems
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Communicate effectively with clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Keep accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance work

Requirements:

- Prior experience in solar panel installation is required
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and ability to read blueprints/diagrams
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to solar panel installation
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages preferred)
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment as needed
