Merchandiser Assistant



We are hiring a Merchandiser Assistant to join our team in Bungoma, Kenya. As a Merchandiser Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the merchandising team with various tasks such as product display, inventory management, and customer service. This position is suitable for men who are detail-oriented and have a keen eye for visual presentation.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with product display and arrangement based on company guidelines
- Monitor and update inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability
- Conduct regular store visits to check on product placement and availability
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns
- Collaborate with the merchandising team to develop and implement promotional strategies
- Help with setting up new stores or store renovations as needed
- Assist in conducting market research and competitor analysis

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Prior experience in retail or merchandising is an advantage but not required
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
