Surveyor Assistant

We are seeking a Surveyor Assistant to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As a Surveyor Assistant, you will work closely with experienced surveyors to assist with various tasks related to land surveying and mapping. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is interested in gaining hands-on experience in the surveying profession.

Responsibilities:
- Assist surveyors with field work including setting up equipment, taking measurements, and recording data
- Conduct research and gather data from various sources to assist with mapping and surveying projects
- Use specialized software and tools to analyze data and create maps
- Maintain equipment and ensure it is in good working condition
- Communicate effectively with team members and other professionals involved in the project
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Biometric passport (or ability to obtain one)
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- Familiarity with land surveying techniques, equipment, and software is a plus
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced surveyors

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.

Accommodation:
We provide accommodation for our employees, which includes a private room with shared common areas.

Location:
This position is based in Porto, Portugal. However, we may have occasional projects in other locations within the country.
