Architecture Manager


As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, planning, and construction of various architectural projects in St. Petersburg. You will be working closely with a team of architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget while meeting all quality standards. This position is suitable for Indian nationals who are fluent in English and do not require accommodation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire architectural process from concept to completion, ensuring that all project objectives are met
- Oversee the work of architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure compliance with design plans and specifications
- Develop project timelines and budgets, monitor progress, and make necessary adjustments to meet project goals
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and address any issues or challenges that may arise during construction
- Ensure all designs adhere to building codes, zoning laws, and other relevant regulations
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions that meet their expectations
- Participate in meetings with stakeholders including clients, contractors, engineers, and government officials

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as an architecture manager or a similar role with at least 2 years of experience
- Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and other relevant regulations
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Attention to detail with a strong eye for design aesthetics

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1700 per month.

Location:
This position is based in St. Petersburg but is open to Indian nationals who are looking for English-speaking jobs without experience.
