Online Consultant
As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients through various online platforms. You will assist clients with inquiries, provide product information, and troubleshoot any issues they may encounter. Your main goal is to ensure a positive experience for clients and promote customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries through email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and detailed product information to clients
- Troubleshoot technical issues with products or services
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies, products, and services
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex client issues
- Utilize CRM software to track and manage client interactions
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of CRM software is preferred but not required
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is an asset
Salary: $1800 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Herzliya, Israel (remote work options available)
