We are hiring a skilled Welder to join our team in Washington. As a Welder, you will be responsible for using specialized equipment to cut, shape, and join metal parts according to specifications. Your primary goal will be to produce strong and durable welds that meet quality standards. You must have previous welding experience and be able to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Additionally, you must be physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per week.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Set up welding equipment according to specifications
- Operate various hand and power tools to cut, shape, and trim metal parts
- Use different welding techniques (MIG, TIG, ARC) to assemble metal components
- Inspect welds for accuracy, strength, and quality
- Maintain welding equipment and tools in good condition
- Follow safety procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Welder or similar role
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Familiarity with welding techniques (MIG, TIG, ARC)
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in various positions
- Attention to detail with a focus on producing quality work
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Preferred qualifications:
- Certification in welding from a recognized institution
- Previous experience working with structural steel
- Knowledge of different types of metals
