We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team in Washington. As a Welder, you will be responsible for using various welding techniques to join metal parts and fabricate structures according to blueprints and specifications. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in welding and be proficient in MIG, TIG, and stick welding methods. You must also have strong attention to detail and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical drawings to determine welding requirements
- Use various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding to join metal parts
- Fabricate structures according to blueprints and specifications
- Inspect completed welds for quality assurance
- Maintain equipment and work area in a clean and safe manner
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in welding
- Proficient in MIG, TIG, and stick welding methods
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
