Land Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Land Surveyor to join our team in Lisbon. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and preparing accurate measurements and data for construction projects. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month, with accommodation provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys to determine precise measurements and boundaries of land
- Use various tools such as GPS, total stations, and laser scanners to collect data
- Prepare detailed reports and maps based on survey data
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure accurate data collection
- Monitor construction projects to ensure compliance with survey plans and specifications
- Utilize computer software for data analysis and mapping
- Maintain accurate records of survey data and equipment maintenance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Land Surveyor (preferred)
- Proficiency in using surveying tools and equipment
- Strong knowledge of land surveying principles, techniques, and procedures
- Excellent mathematical skills for precise calculations
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical specifications
- Good communication skills for collaborating with team members
- Attention to detail and accuracy in collecting and recording data
