Land Surveyor



As a Land Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in the development and maintenance of land and property boundaries. You will be responsible for conducting surveys and producing accurate maps, plans, and reports to support construction projects, land development, and other activities.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using specialized equipment such as GPS, total stations, and 3D scanners
- Analyze survey data to determine property boundaries, topographical features, and other relevant information
- Prepare accurate maps, plans, and reports based on survey results
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accuracy of plans and compliance with regulations
- Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved plans
- Maintain records of survey data and prepare documentation for legal purposes
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in surveying technology

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Land Surveyor or similar role
- Proficient in using surveying equipment and software such as AutoCAD or GIS
- Understanding of land surveying principles and techniques
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Physical stamina for working outdoors in various weather conditions

Salary: $900 per month

Location: Lisbon (Portugal)
