As a Sales Manager at our company, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
- In-depth understanding of the sales process from lead generation to closing deals
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Knowledge of Indian market trends is preferred
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Valid work permit for Ajman, UAE
