Sales Manager


We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Ajman. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives and driving business growth through effective sales strategies.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve company targets
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives
- Train and mentor sales team to improve their performance
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Analyze market trends and competitors' activities to identify potential threats or opportunities
- Prepare reports on sales performance and present them to senior management
- Develop and maintain an effective sales pipeline to meet revenue targets
- Negotiate contracts with clients and handle any issues or concerns that may arise during the sales process

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, preferably in the same industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies accordingly
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The salary for this position is 1500$ per month. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
