Construction Project Manager
As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing various construction projects in the city of Ashdod. You will work closely with contractors, engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules, including timelines and budgets
- Identify and select contractors and subcontractors for each project
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers
- Monitor progress of construction projects to ensure they are on track and within budget
- Conduct site visits to inspect work progress and quality
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders regarding project updates and changes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, tools and equipment
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Proficient in project management software
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
This position offers a competitive salary of 1600$ per month along with accommodation. It is suitable for male candidates who are fluent in English.
