We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our team in Sharjah. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine land boundaries, topography, and other features for construction and development projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using specialized equipment such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Analyze survey data to prepare accurate drawings and maps
- Measure angles, distances, and elevations using various surveying techniques
- Identify property boundaries and obtain necessary permits for construction projects
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure accurate placement of structures on the land
- Maintain accurate records of survey data and prepare reports for clients
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficient in using surveying equipment and software
- Strong knowledge of land surveying techniques and principles
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physically fit to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions

Salary: 1400$ per month

This position is open to candidates from Canada or Kenya who are willing to relocate to Sharjah. No English language proficiency is required for this role.
