IT Systems Analyst

We are hiring an experienced IT Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team in Vilnius. As a Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and documenting the technical requirements of our clients' computer systems and implementing solutions to improve their efficiency and functionality. You will work closely with software developers, project managers, and end-users to design and implement new systems or enhance existing ones. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of computer systems architecture, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document technical requirements for computer systems
- Collaborate with software developers to design and implement solutions
- Test and troubleshoot system issues
- Conduct research on new technologies and make recommendations for system improvements
- Communicate technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders
- Ensure that all projects are delivered within deadlines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as an IT Systems Analyst or similar role
- Strong understanding of computer systems architecture
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Experience with software development processes and methodologies
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
