We are hiring an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining electrical systems and equipment. Your role will involve working on a variety of projects, from power generation to industrial automation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing electrical systems based on project requirements
- Conducting feasibility studies and cost analysis for new projects
- Collaborating with other engineers and technicians to ensure smooth project execution
- Inspecting and testing electrical equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards
- Troubleshooting issues with existing systems and providing timely solutions
- Managing project timelines and budgets effectively
- Keeping up-to-date with industry advancements and incorporating them into project designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and concepts
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MATLAB, or other relevant software tools
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
