We are seeking a skilled and experienced Insurance Claims Adjuster to join our team in Malindi, Kenya. As an Insurance Claims Adjuster, you will be responsible for investigating and evaluating insurance claims from clients and determining the appropriate amount of compensation to be paid out. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough investigations of insurance claims, including reviewing relevant documents and interviewing involved parties
- Analyze information gathered during investigations to determine the validity and amount of compensation to be paid out
- Communicate with clients, policyholders, and other relevant parties to gather necessary information and provide updates on claim status
- Collaborate with legal counsel on complex or disputed claims
- Ensure that all claims are processed in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate records of all claim activities, including payments made and settlement amounts
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and concerns from clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Insurance Claims Adjuster or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of insurance policies and procedures
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex information
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
