We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Insurance Adjuster to join our team in Malindi. As a Canadian national, you will be responsible for investigating and evaluating insurance claims and negotiating settlements for our clients. This position requires someone with excellent attention to detail, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate insurance claims by gathering information from various sources such as policyholders, witnesses, and experts
- Analyze gathered information to determine coverage and liability
- Evaluate damages and calculate settlement amounts based on policy terms and applicable laws
- Negotiate settlement agreements with claimants or their representatives
- Document all activities and findings in a detailed report for each claim
- Communicate with policyholders, agents, and attorneys regarding claim status and settlement decisions
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, laws, and regulations related to insurance claims

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Insurance or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Insurance Adjuster or similar role
- Strong knowledge of insurance policies, laws, and regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1400 per month.

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time job without accommodation. The successful candidate will need to have a valid biometric passport.
