Executive Chef


As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and ensuring high-quality, delicious meals are produced for our guests. This role requires a highly experienced and talented chef who can lead a team, manage inventory and budgets, and maintain food safety standards.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and cooking techniques
- Manage inventory and order supplies to ensure availability of necessary ingredients
- Develop creative and innovative menus that meet guest preferences and dietary restrictions
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure consistent quality in food preparation
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, following food safety standards
- Monitor food costs and make adjustments as needed to stay within budget
- Collaborate with other departments to plan special events or promotions
- Stay updated on industry trends and new cooking techniques

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting
- Culinary degree or equivalent training in a reputable culinary school preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team
- Excellent knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Ability to create menus that cater to different dietary needs while maintaining high-quality standards
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices

We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this position. This is a full-time position located in Shan City. Filipino nationality is preferred but not required. Accommodation will not be provided.
